So these are just a few snippets, starting with Alison's first real "conversation" with the Weasley twins third year and culminating in their actually becoming friends early in her fourth year. It started out a bit differently, but then I did some research and realized the Gryffindor/Slytherin Quidditch match was moved to the end of third year, so I had to rewrite a bit. Thanks, Draco. >>;

The first one still feels a bit off to me, but I actually wrote the brunt of it at least a year ago, so maybe that's it.

... Okay, this was totally supposed to turn out completely differently. I have no clue what happened, other than my muses decided to do what they wanted to do, and mutinied on me. I feel so dumb. XD; But this was sitting around mostly-written for forever, so I figured I might as well fill in the last few bits and post the stupid thing. Teenagers. ::sigh::

Profile: Alison's parents are Muggles, although her relatives on her mother's side are a pureblood wizarding family. She grew up in Cambridge with her father, who is a physics professor; her mother died when she was seven. She has also spent significant time with her wizarding aunt and uncle in the countryside since she started her education at Hogwarts.

Alison is always getting herself into trouble in one way or another, and is no stranger to detention. She is relatively good at her schoolwork, and is particularly good at Divination - though she hates the class and halfheartedly tried to fail her Divination O.W.L. She's played Quidditch for Slytherin House as one of their two beaters since her third year at Hogwarts - she may look small but she is strong for her size. She practically lives and breathes Quidditch, and has started seriously thinking about playing professionally when she graduates (if there's still much of a Quiddich league left).

Relationships: Though she's a Slytherin, she took an unnatural interest in the Weasley twins from Gryffindor House, which they seem to have returned. After a number of encounters in her third year, they became friends in her fourth year and she began dating them seriously around the time Dumbledore's Army was instated in her fifth year. Because the twins haven't been at Hogwarts since near the end of Alison's fifth year, their relationship has been largely long-distance. Over the past two summers, however, she's worked for part of her holidays at Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes in exchange for room and board so they can spend more time together.
